FEELING THE WORKOUT AFTER 3 DAYS

IT IS 3 DAYS SINCE I HAD MY WORKOUT(BASIC AT THAT) BUT I COULD STILL FEEL PAIN ALL OVER ME. MY ABDOMEN ACHES SO BAD, MY THIGHS ARE SO STIFF I CAN HARDLY STAND UP. NOW TELL ME THIS IS GOING SOMEWHERE.. MY ENROLLING IN A GYM OR I'LL QUIT RIGHT NOW IF I STILL FEEL THIS WAY AFTER MY NEXT WORKOUT AND NOTHING HAPPENS.

I JUST HAVE SOMETHINGS IN MY MIND ABOUT HEALTH CLUBS WHY IS IT SO EXPENSIVE TO ENROLL IN ONE AND WHY IS IT SO HARD TO TERMINATE CUSTOMERS CONTRACT. WHY IN THE FIRST PLACE THERE IS A CONTRACT? HONESTLY, I DO NOT COMPREHEND IT. ONE DOES NOT KNOW HOW LONG OR SHORT HE WANTS TO DO GYM. RIGHT? WHAT IF YOU JUST LIKE TO TRY IT? WHAT IF IT IS NOT WORKING FOR YOU. THEN YOU ARE TIED TO PAYING YOUR MONTHLY GYM FEE EVEN IF YOUR DO NOT WANT IT ANYMORE. I DO NOT AGREE WITH HAVING CONTRACTS WITH HEALTH CLUBS. IT IS SIMPLY NOT REASONABLE! I THINK IF A NEW HEALTH CLUB WILL ARISE THE PEOPLE BEHIND IT SHOULD LOOK ON MEMBERSHIP POLICY. I THINK IT WILL BE A HIT IF THEY WILL ALLOW PEOPLE NOT TO BE TIED ON A CONTRACT. THEY CAN GET PASS THROUGH THE MUCH OLDER CLUBS IN TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP IF THEY CAN DO SOMETHING DIFFERENTLY IN TERMS OF TAKING IN MEMBERS. ALLOWING THEM TO TERMINATE THEIR MEMBERSHIP AT ANYTIME THEY WANT WILL BE ONE GOOD POINT AGAINST OTHER CLUBS.

PLEASE..PLEASE..ANYONE WHO IS TAKING MY SUGGESTION!
